We are excited to get your new flooring installed! After any necessary financing approvals, we will secure your materials and schedule installation on a day that fits your schedule.
Financing
If you have applied for financing, please know that most lenders process credit applications instantly, however obtaining a decision can take up to 7 days. Your project manager will be in contact with you through the process.
Scheduling
We will move your project along as quickly as possible and will schedule your install as soon as materials and crew schedule permits. Check in with your project manager anytime for the most updated status of your order.
On Installation Day...
Our crew will do all the heavy lifting! The only thing you need to take care of, before our team arrives, is move any breakables, valuables, personal items, items on the floor in closets, and bed linens from the areas where we will be working.
